For example, customers sometimes come to us for crack filling, but their asphalt has too many cracks for that service to be worth it. Step 1: Thoroughly Clean the Area

We start by brushing and blowing all dirt and debris off the area for repair. This gives us the cleanest surface for the most effective asphalt treatment.

Step 2: Cut Out Damaged Areas

For potholes and patching, we cut out and remove the damaged areas and excavate the gravel down to the underlying aggregate. Then replace with hot mix asphalt.

Step 3: Apply Commercial-Grade Products

Once the area is clean and ready, we carefully apply a professional-grade repair product, such as hot tar crack filler or cold patch asphalt.

Step 4: Rake and Compact Cold Patch Asphalt

For areas where we apply cold patch asphalt, we rake the product to spread it evenly and then compact it down to make it smooth and level.

Step 5: Apply Sealcoating Per Your Request

We also offer sealcoating to further fortify the asphalt and protect it from the elements.

Step 6: Allow Time for Asphalt to Dry

We rope off the asphalt to let it cure dry. Avoid walking on crack filler and sealcoating for at least four hours and driving on it for at least 24 hours. To allow proper cure drying of the asphalt, please remain off your property for 24-48 hours.
